Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Replacements Policy

  1. All Tickets purchased from Events N Tickets website are non-refundable, however Events N Tickets will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).  You must apply for a refund within 48 hours after the event date.
  2. Events N Tickets does not offer refunds or exchanges because of a change in your personal circumstances
  3. Events N Tickets will also offer full refund of the tickets purchased (within 48 hours before the event) if there is a change of artist/performer for that specific event or if the event is cancelled.
  4. The refund will be done via bank account or PayPal and the refund will go to the original payment type of your account. The funds will be available to you in 3-5 business days thereafter. You can get the contact details of the Event Organizer from eventsntickets.com.au website or the individual events page.
  5. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller/Event Organiser, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Neither Events N Tickets nor the Seller will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
  6. Events N Tickets will only replace lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase, and if you give reasonable notice before the event. Events N Tickets may charge a reasonable fee for the replacement of tickets. Events N Tickets may not replace tickets where seating is unallocated (general admission tickets).

NOTE: Events N Tickets.com.au does not take any responsibility for the cancellation or re-scheduling of any events or programs. Any such responsibilities lies only with the Event Organiser and any disputes for any event cancellation or re-scheduling need to be made directly with the Seller/Event Organisers. Our Mission

Events N Tickets is an online event promoting and ticket sales website. It was launched in January 2017. Its aim is to provide brilliant advertising for the upcoming events through social media, website, newspaper etc. It will also organize ticket sales for the event by using high technology ticket sales software. Its management team is highly committed to provide excellent customer service to the event organizer and the customer.

Staying ahead of the competition

We became to offer a choice of general admission tickets or allocated seating via an onscreen seating plan from which customers could select their own seats. A choice of e-tickets, mobile tickets and thermal printed tickets. An integrated barcode scanning app to turn any smartphone into an on-the-door ticket scanner with real-time ticket validation against the event sales database.

Our goal is not to make profit but provide exceptional events adverting and be a specialized ticket sales organization by top notch customer service, ongoing system development and best practice system security measures, while remaining as competitive as possible for users. The Boishakhi Mela is a unique festival, which has been created by a generation of Bangladeshi people who want to celebrate the Bangla New Year. It inspires the Bangladeshi community to be more creative during the arrival of the event, through the production and the presentation skills of excellent and innovative ideas through participation in the Boishakhi Mela, including the stage planning, music and dancing. Other than creating the event for the purposes of celebrations for the community, it also aims to gain recognition of the Bengali people in the Sydney, by providing different cultures to some Sydney people, and by encouraging them to participate in the event as well as recognizing the Bangladeshi presence in Sydney. Also providing the people the skills and opportunities for the young aspirations as well as professional artists to perform their music or dances.
